Plant a native tree

Help us create a secure and healing environment for our kiwi chicks that will help them make the transition back to their natural habitat. 

Once kiwi chicks pass their health tests, they are released into our purpose built kiwi pens, where they're fed daily and monitored regularly to ensure they're ready to be released. 

The planting of native trees in this space helps feed the kiwi and provides the foliage that kiwis need to create burrows - key skills they'll need when they're released.
